Seems that way with many if them on here

I remember when i used to post a few years back.Jack Mcwavery, lewisham boy, Terry tibbs, etc most of the london posters seemed to only mainly start threads on greater london and the surrounding area boxers, they constantly used to hype poor fighters

Don't think that's an issue that's reserved exclusively for London posters. I know I can be guilty of that with Scottish fighters.

    Only natural really.

I tend to favour British fighters but not based upon southern ties or if they are from London only, as I am myself!! Froch was my favourite fighter in the last ten years and he has now been replaced by Quigg, hailing from Nottingham and Bury respectively!! So no, not an issue for me!!

    Not at all.

What you may find is people post about the fighters local to them and may watch does not mean they only follow those fighters.

Personally the fighters I have followed over decades of watching, attending boxing where they are from not really bothered tbh.

For me I enjoy all boxing styles but always followed pressure fighters like Hagler.

Far as I am aware Khan is from Bolton, Frampton is from Belfast and Rigondeux is Cuban.

Gary Russell Jr is also from the USA

That post would explain your hatred of Quigg, Tamwar.

Not at all, in fact some of the London ones are really difficult to get behind.

I have no hatred of Quigg I met him in Liverpool last year and he is a nice dude just seriously lying about his height lol.

It would be better for boxing if Quigg beat Frampton but he wont

Call me an idiot then, I think it is sort of natural to have a bias. And support wise, geographically it is most likely. It is cheaper (for me) to watch a London show, than one say in Manchester.

I support most British fighters, I'm more about personality eg if Froch fought Degale, I'd be more supportive of Froch even though I'm from London.

You're more about the personality then choose to support a **** like Froch? Says a lot about you.
