Khan needed to pay for the worlds best trainers and still is a joke

The guy has had to hire the two most expensive trainers in boxing yet still got Ko'd and embarassed and is labelled as a joke/failure not even won a world title fight in many years.

Most boxers wouldn't have had the luxury of being able to pay for the best trainers.

Joe calzaghe trained in a shed for most of his career with his dad and is a hall of famer, british all time great
Natural talent is natural talent I suppose. You could never put calzaghe and Khan even in the same sentence.

I could train Floyd in the build up to a title fight, he would prob still win, Floyd could then train me to fight for a title and i would lose .... More about the fighter than a trainer. ANY decent trainer will tell you the same. The fighter must have ability in the first place. There has been far more talented fighters with less than talented trainers that have won titles than the other way around i would think?

Really? Amir Khan is a world class fighter, too many flaws to be elite but I don't think anyone can really argue about him being world class or world level. One of the most talented fighters out there today and you call him a joke? He beats guys that are world level guys, Alexander for example, better than anyone else has or even could, yes he has lost 3 times, I dispute one but nevertheless it was a close fight, one was to Garcia, no shame in that and then to Prescott which yes was embarrassing. Don't understand where the hate comes from, yes can understand it with the Brook situation as he is clearly avoiding him but other than that there really is no reason to dislike Khan.

 

Im just fed up with every fighter going on twitter or facebook and calling each other out and insulting each other and then claiming its a duck when nothing happens, they are as bad as half the people on this forum. It all gets very old fast.
Im all for Trash talk etc in press conferences when the fight is confirmed and both fighters are there it is entertaining

Has cherrypicked his whole career yet lost to bums that were huge underdogs, has struggled or hit the canvas in every other fight, says tyhe most delusional things, his resume is full of past it names a C level feather fisted boxers. He's ducked countless boxers, he's just one big comedy act, an embarassment... he's one loss away from being Audley harrison level of comedy
