The fight should be at 168. I'm sorry but if you want to prove yourself at 168 against the best you move up end of story.

Also for those idiots keep bringing Dawson up, he said right after the Hopkins fight he'd come down to 168 to fight Ward, so Ward didn't demand anything.

GGG would comfortably beat Abraham at any weight.

You can't compare Floyd and GGG. Floyd started out at 130 and was the most avoided fighter for YEARS. He wanted the Hamed's, the Morales's, the Frietas, but nobody wanted to man up. Rather than complain and ask for handouts like GGG is doing now, he moved up, fought and beat bigger men, and established his OWN name and legacy.

I'd compare GGG more to Abraham. Arthur couldn't get the Pavlik or Taylor fights, so he just fought and knocked out bums. He was getting old and didn't want to retire into a joke, so he MOVED UP and sought greatness. I respect him for that.

    What are you on about.

The fight is as close as the Lemieux fight.

GGG has signed for all 3 weight.

    There's no insistence.

Now, ROC JUST needs to get ward on board.

I'm not quite sure what you're saying here. Are you saying that Golovkin has agreed to fight wars at 168?

What's the source on this claim you're repeating that GGG signed 3 contracts for 3 different weights? To face Ward? I haven't seen this reported anywhere.

He keeps parroting that claim (and he may be right - I just haven't seen it anywhere).

But he also said GGG would have quicker feet than Ward.

The source will probably be revealed on here tomorrow afternoon Est.

There are concessions going to NEED to be met, the rehydration clause and 200k/lb penalty, the testing and the $8 mil guarantee.
But I can assure you that if the $$$ is right, the options are right, and the concessions made, that you will read the new public offer Friday, and here the announcement off who GGG is fighting on the Kovalev broadcast.
Email Tom Loeffler and ask him what the 3 Ward options are.
Ask him about what it's taking to get Lemieux.
I got no response on the Lemieux ?, but someone confirmed to me that there were 3 drafts to fight Ward, all have HBO blessing and the $$$ is right.
It was also confirmed to me that BHOP is in the near future and GGG is NOT 100% staying at MW if GBP and Roc and BHOP and ward are aboard.

I've heard ROC say ward wants another tuneup.
I've heard BHOP say SMW he would do.
Could be a round robin going on this September/October.

So are you saying that in order to get Golovkin in there with Ward, Golovkin needs an $8MM guarantee, a CW, and a rehydration clause? That doesn't seem like a very realistic deal at all. I don't see negotiations getting very far with those parameters. Again, I've heard that negotiations between the two camps have not gotten very far due to the insistence on a CW. I guess time will tell though.

The rehydration clause and VADA TESTING are non negotiable.

The $8mil is AT THE SMW LIMIT. 60/40.

Ward and his fans can not take issue with a suggested catchweight of 164 after Chad Dawson.

even the Paul Smith fight was a joke of a catchweight, forget Smith being a fat waster, Ward still wanted to drag a very small SMW up to 172 for his benefit.
