Tommy Morrison v Rex Layne?

Here I might go with Layne.

 

Great Matchup.


Tough to call, but I think if Layne can get past round 6 he will beat Tommy.

 

I'm going with Tommy. Layne had a leaky defense and not a lot of movement. His style plays into Tommy's few strengths. I could see him stunning Tommy with a counter and finishing him but I am going shade towards winning this one.

 

I see most lines of evidence pointing to Layne here.

 

They were both awful.
I believe Layne was more durable IN HIS PRIME, but I'm not sure where I get that belief from.
Morrison was a harder hitter I suspect but never actually knocked out a 'live body', and have a glass jaw.

Let's hope for a double KO.
