I could see people bashing GGG's victories over the likes of Lemieux, Lee and Canelo

    Lemieux - Rubio's leftover

    Canelo - FMJ's leftover

Then he should step up and take someone's zero like Ward's...But he won't.

He likes his opponents in a doggy bag..pre chewed.

Yet Ward won't move up just a few pounds to face Kovalev. You can't have it both ways. You want Gennady to move up at least 8 pounds, when there is question of Ward can even make his actual weight class limit. Yet he doesn't want to move up a few pounds and face the murderers of 175

    So, Pacquiao was Marquez's leftover?
    Or..Marquez is Pacquiao's leftover?
Cotto is FMJ and Pacquiao's leftover?
    Provodnikov is Bradley's leftover?

Winning is a part of the game, but so is losing. Just because a fighter loses doesn't mean he's a leftover, a nobody, finished. Lemieux has looked fantastic in his last couple bouts. Canelo has looked fantastic. Fighters aren't finished once they lose. Losing is just a part of the game.

Golovkin should stay at 160 and rule the division. His biggest PPV fights will be at this weight.:nod

Of course they will, their racially motivated hatred and bias is glaringly obvious.

Against who though? Anyone can look fantastic against subpar competition. Adrien Broner looked fantastic against DeMarco who had done FAR more than N'dam, Guerrero and Rosado put together. He had wins over Adjaho, Alfaro, Linares(the best 135pounder), molina jr etc. A win over Lemieux is decent but nothing to rave about the guy has beat nobody. Now a win over Lee won't mean much either even though Lee has a good resume. Canelo will be an absolutely great win for GGG, and so would Cotto. Regardless about what people say about shot martinez and drained geale they're FAR FAR FAR better than N'dam, and Rosado.

If Canelo or Cotto beat Lemieux and Lee, what would the reactions be? I don't think it's just GGG, they're just not that great competition.

Nope. It's just the truth. I thought Quillin clearly beat lee, i wasn't impressed at all, even though Lee beat Kobrov I woulda been far more impressed by a win over Kobrov over Lee.
If Canelo and Cotto beat Lee/Lemieux they'd get just as much **** as GGG would. All 3 of them would get **** for beating Kobrov at this point even though it would be a great win.

Lee -Quillin was a legit draw, Korobov was a legit as they come with a great amateur pedigree and was the overwhelming favorite over Lee. I'd be shocked if Cotto or Canelo beat Korobov. If Canelo or Cotto beat either of them I'd give them a ton of credit because I think Lee and Lemieux beat both of them.

Not in my books, it was a legit Quillin win, and even super hans who hates Quillin had him winning. I'll take his scorecard over people who picked Lee before the fight. Even if Quillin knocked Lee out in 1 round, it wouldn't have been a great win in my books, and the majority. And obviously Lee's win over Kobrov is absolutely an amazing win, but he was getting owned up until he got the knock out. If the fight had been even or if he was dominating then I'd give a win over him far more credit.
And it doesn't matter if you give them credit, the majority wont, and that's what we're talking about here. Canelo beats Lemieux and Lee easy, I can see Cotto getting hurt by both but I see him beating both too.

So Lemieux is not great competition? Dude, Lemieux would knock out Cotto and possibly Canelo as well. I'm really confused at what you're saying.

Golovkin is fighting the best. He will fight Lemieux in Oct., on HBO PPV, then try to get all the other champions to fight him. He will clear out the entire 160 division.

HBO is talking about a Kovalev Vs. Ward fight next year, but Ward hasn't said yes yet....................
