Karp was shutout and clowned by Cleverly, Nadjib actually gave Clev a good fight. That's all u need to know

Sorry dude, using their fight records and comparing common opponents may not be as thorough and researched to someone who basis his arguments on 'AFAIK'

Please explain to me how u got to the conclusion that Karp is 100x better than Nadjib

For Stevenson to take this fight as a voluntary is an absolute disgrace and you know it

I just think he's more talented, has better overall technique and moves better.

It's obviously not exactly a great fight and I couldn't care less about Stevenson but fighting Tommy is way less a disgrace IMO then some of the opponents GGG's been feasting on, for comparison.
Of course, if you compare this fight versus a ''what could have been fight'' versus Kovalev, then, yes, it's pretty disappointing.

The whole LHW division has been putting together garbage title fights lately. Stevenson-Karpency, Kovalev-Mohannedi, Braehmer-Konrad.

I don't begrudge a guy a stay busy fight, or a fluff match once in a while, but it'sgetting bad at lhw. At least Kovalev has Hopkins and Pascal in his recent past. The others have been straight gimmes for a while.

Name me one Karpency fight that stood out to you and made you think he's 100x better than Mohammedi

GGG's fighting in a unification fight vs lemioux next and will probably fight the Cotto/Canelo winner after that

Fonfara, Murat, Dawson. Good movement, digging to the body, counter-punching, sitting on his shots.
He´s no Kovalev mind you. But he´s a solid boxer-puncher in my book. Nadjib? Not so much. Dude is just sooooo scared of being hit it's ridiculous.

Tommy's worst fight by far is the one you happened to mention, versus Cleverly.
Just look at their overall resumes/fights/styles instead of comparing how each did versus just one single common opponent. It means jacksh*t. Well, it means something, but not as much as you seem to think.

I think it's sad we're comparing to see which fight is worse.

    They all suck.

Stevenson, Kovalev, Braehmer. Take your pick which fight sucks most.

Only thing I'll grant is that Mohammedi was Kovalev's 1 bad one in his last 3, while Stevenson seems intent on catching up with Braehmer for a big streak of suck.

    Oh, so ur joking?

You literally listed 3 of his worst fights lmao. He was dropped twice in the first round by fonfara on route to a KO loss, was dropped early on route to a loss vs Murat, and won a razor thin sd vs a shot to $hit Dawson

His last fight that effectively put him in a fight vs the lineal champ was an 8 round decision win vs 23-27 Rayco Saunders

Yeah it's sh*t just like MW. At least GGG vs Lemieux is coming up and hopefully Kovalev vs Beterbiev.

Last weekend Muhammedi would have opened as a -400 favorite over Karpency.

You have to take into account that Cleverley was slated for fighting Karpency, he won every round and Karpency was one of the worse title challengers that year.
