What fighters took the most souls of their opponents? Who's the Shang Tsung of boxing?

Imagine Kovalev saying that every time he KO's someone. Then performing a satanic ritual with a pentagram on his forehead made out of the blood of his victim: "Your soul is mine!"

Marquez took Pacquiao's, Diaz', Casa's, Katsidis'

Moral of the story - don't go to war with Marquez. Ever

From around this era. Carl Froch? Abraham, Taylor, Groves, Bute the high profile ones obviously.

Golovkin literally wipes the floor with people but he's fighting guys he's clearly way too good for right now. Kovalev has some impressive scalps and literally pummels them into submission also.

Pacquiao sure as hell is a guy you wouldn't even want to go a 12 round fight with even after he moved up and was fighting iron chinned guys, he didn't get any KO's after Cotto but he'd taken some good names down (some weren't in their best condition ie Mosley was older, Hatton had one **** training camp and Oscar was a scarecrow) but he did what was necessary and looked frightening, it wouldn't have made a diff. if they were fully prepeared imo before anybody starts whining because I pointed it out. After that he battered everyone from pillar to post regardless of a KO. Obv his kryptonite Dinamita is the exception but he damn well gave as good as he got with him in every fight.

Hopkins vs Trinidad and Pavlik is something terrifying to watch.

  7. Rigondeaux ruins the lives of fighters after he beats them. They simply never bounce back because Rigo has their fighting soul.

Money has ruined a countless amount of fighters... physically, mentally and physiologically.

You could have just said physiologically, the rest are redundant.

Was going to start a thread on this but it's sort of the same thing:
Is it better to be a Soul Reaper or have your opponents immediately bounce back and go on to success?

People claim that a resume is better if your opponents go on to do better things after a defeat.....I'm not sure I subscribe.

Top 'reaper' fighting today...? Could almost name a few heavyweights just cos the opponents are $hite anyway....

Paulie Malignaggi, oh no wait, he actually blossoms careers. Except maybe Zab's, but Zab really shoulda retired awhile back.

Roman Gonzalez's record is an example of that which has been improved by what his victims have done (Estrada, Takayama and Rodriguez for example all went on to have unified title reigns after Gonzalez beat them)

Inoue's win over Taguchi looks better now as well
