I´ve seen most of the great names since the fifties. Golovkin is the best I`ve ever seeen, he´s the total package.

I am making a reference towards Mayweather when I say that. He says simple and plain, remember?

"Manny Pacquiao you aren't on my level, Manny Pacquiao you will never be on my level. SIMPLE AND PLAIN. It's okay to be number two. It's okay to be right behind me. It's okay."

    👍🏻

Lol I guess. I'm just nitpicking, "simple and plain" sounds... off.

Maybe it's a Michigan thing? I've always found that "plain and simple" flows better.

Well, for the first time in 5+ yrs, a current, recognised TITLIST is stepping up to him.

And while you may not rate Monroe, he was/is a solid contender having comfortably walked thru 3 MW prospects and a solid MW gatekeeper to get there.

At least Monroe did something aside from having a "NAME" to earn a big fight at MW.

    Unlike the current lineal TITLIST.

And FTR....I agree, but he'll be forced to fight at least one or 2 lower top 15s each year he stays at MW.
He's resigned himself to become the undisputed MW KING.
And a KING must defend his throne against all comers.

That's like asking why Floyd is fighting JSK, Guerrero and Ortiz leftovers.
Why did Floyd fight Marquez and Bradley leftovers or Khan leftovers.
As for Cotto Canelo ducking...who knows for certain.
GGG Lemieux could do 500k, and GBP might be headed down that road.

As for Ward....his best non leftover is a bloated 190 lb Erod whom he beat in a wrestling match.

    #doublestandards

    Ward knows who to call.

I have studied a few things regarding Golovkin, specifically 'shifting' and his superb conservation of energy doing as little as possible to maximum effect, economy of movement I believe somebody referred to it around here.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vijD09_O8ek

Don't understand why some people love derogatorily deeming him as a face first brawler who relies on merely power... obviously haven't watched him fight with any attention.

It never fails to crack me up floyd can't pronounce ASK he's like ''let me AXE you this''

All white fighters have absolutely no skill set other than the BUMS RUSH.

If you didn't know that, YDKSAB.
