He never said he is the A side. You misunderstood.

The fight must happen in America is all he said. And he's right.

Why would he go to Germany where corrupt K2 run the show.

Wlad had no problem going to America for hand picked novice Jennings. Whats the problem going for a shot at the WBC.

    Its very simple.

Wlad wants Wilder more than Wilder wants Wlad. Therefor Wlad goes after Wilder.

Maybe...maybe not. We shall see. I think Wilder beats him either way.

It's better for WLAD if it's in Germany. It's an overall more lucrative and impactful affair if it's in the US...somewhere like NY.

Thanks. I don't know the stipulations of the man's contract. That's why I asked you to clarify what you said.

You have to forgive Wilder, he is privileged in Murica.

No. Thats a PPV fight in America.

Wilder will stay put and take in his PPV earnings.

Wlad will just have to suck it up and be forced to box fair again so he'll probably end up walking away.

I don't know if Wilder made those comments but Wlad is the A side because of how long he's reigned. But some of you clowns pretend that Povetkin would be the A side in their fight too should they fight. Foh. Wilder has to fight Wlad anywhere he wants. If Povetkin lets the fight with Wilder-should they fight go to purse bids, if I was Wilder...I'd drop the title. The champ earned and won the title. That's the one rule that needs to be changed or adjusted. Call it the Mike Tyson Rule lol.

You would have a point if Wilder was actually a draw. Another thing is that you cannot compare Klitschko's situation in Germany (huge TV deals, advertisements, sponsors etc) with Calzaghe's situation in the UK back in the day.

Wilder's fight with Molina was in 9.000 indoor arena with cheap tickets. It's impossible for Wlad to have him as an opponent in Las Vegas or NYC arena and expect enormous money from revenue.

Klitschko is legitimately packing a 60k seat stadium with huge revenue. Then there are things like RTL TV deal, advertisements, sponsors, broadcasting rights etc.

Klitschko vs. Wilder in the US would likely have to be a PPV success in order to match that money, and it's a question of whether it's possible or not (especially with Wilder not looking good instead of looking like a destroyer in order for the fight to sell well on US PPV).

Of course, like CHEF says, it they find a way to make more money in the US (which is unlikely atm), Klitschko will make the fight there.

However it is funny that Wilder claims that he is "driver's seat" and feels that he is able to dictate anything. The bottom line is that Klitschko is a superstar and the king of the division and can choose any location he wants. He just may happen to choose USA if the money is right.

Doesn't Povetkin have first dibs on this glass chinned fraud anyway? What bum is Wilder taking on to avoid Sasha anyway? It would be a nice fight for Wlad I agree. Deontay, the black Price, Wilder, ko'd.

Black Wilder is undefeated while white Price has been kod a couple of times. There is no black Price.
