    I know a lot of names come to mind, throughout boxing history.
    The current IBF 140 lb. Champ, Cesar Cuenca, has a record of 48wins, 0losses, and wait for it!!!!!! - "2" KOs•﹏•
    Name another champ in history whose fists are made of lighter feather than this dude.

    The "American Cuenca" isn't that featherfisted at all.

    Maxie Rosenbloom is probably the biggest champion slapper in history
    19 KO's in roughly 300 bouts.
