    For the English Flyweight Title.

    10-0 vs 4-0

Both yet to fight top opposition, but with not many in a small division they might as well face off with each other now.

    Who wins

Norman drew with broadhurst whos decent. Broadhurst claimed home decision and boxed a fair part of the fight with one arm. Injury Needed surgery.

Norman was so upset by his performance against broadhurst (despite retaining his title) that he nearly packed in

He wasn't happy with the style he was being asked to fight and wasn't himself

He's changed trainers since then and he's a different level than that fight

They've both fought Fidoe recently - both won comfortably on points but Norman nearly stopped Fidoe and is the first boxer to put Fidoe down

As for the fight v Edwards the rumour is that Eddie Hearn did not want Edwards to fight Norman so soon and it was Edward's dad who pushed for the fight. You have to admire the confidence of the Edwards camp for taking this fight on so soon. I believe Edwards is a great boxer and great prospect but so is Norman.

And to Norman (who doesn't have the luxury and advantages of the backing of Hearn)this is a huge opportunity to show what he is capable of. I've heard he is training for this like it's a World Title Shot.

We know Edwards will be training equally hard. It's going to be an absolutely cracking fight.

My thoughts are Edwards camp may not realise how good Norman actually is but then again if Edwards is as good as they think he might be then he will need to find a way past Norman.

I'm picking Norman to win what could be the best fight of the night.

Either one of Norman or Edwards fighting Patel would find it a walk in the park in comparison to how hard their own fight is going to be September 12th.
