Yeah I think Campbell beats him, I just find it funny that in every situation you focus on the negatives of one fighter instead of the positives of another. You'd never say something along the lines of 'Campbell has looked good so far' it's always along the lines of 'burns has looked like dog**** lately, he's ****, he's a ****'

Ricky burns IMO achieved everything Jim did, Ricky won more world title fights and both were beaten by exceptional champions no disgrace

Certain statistics on paper might state that Burns was better than Watt, but realistically I feel that Burns slightly over achieved, was quite lucky to get through a couple of his fights, but at the end of the day both great fighters who did their country proud.

I don't know if you were around here but ricky burns use to be talked of in the same breath as Hatton.

People were saying he was going to destroy the likes of Vazquez and Broner and Hearns saying he was the best scottish boxer ever! I tried my darnedest to talk sense into these drunken nuthuggers but all I got was abuse.

Now you can understand my frustration that even after getting his ass whopped multiplie times, his fanboys still persist in believing that Burns is going to clean up his division after he gets over some injuries

In all fairness, when he faced the elite he lost, and lost badly.

He struggled with fighters who weren't elite. Never faced the rest of the elite, either.

Ricky did overachieve, it just kills you to admit it.
