has any other fighter besides manny refused blood testing for the same reason he did?

I wonder how many other fighters have had 3 apparent positive drug tests swept under the carpet by his commission?? Has any other fighter had to pay big $$$ to keep his test results secret

i know it hurts. But manny saying blood weakens him is the biggest admittion of guilt ive ever seen in the sport. its just like when a murderer pleads the 5th because he knows hes guilty.
