Why Did Floyd Choose Berto?

They must be good friends. Mayweather has been trying to give Berto a payday for a long time yet Berto always came short(Ortiz and Guerrero). Looks like he's just going "screw it" mode and is giving him the payday regardless.

 

If that were true Floyd would've picked Khan, he's been better at selecting opponents at the right times that he can beat than any of you guys.

There's only one reason he didn't pick Khan, it's the harder fight.

 

I hope Floyd comes back from retirement at 45 just to time a counter on Khan.

 

Yeah, the only time he'd be able to deal with Khan's sped is when Khan is retired and in his mid 30's.

 

Berto is a fighter is he not? Is there any reason for you to disrespect Berto, a guy who comes to fight every fight and goes out on his shield if he has to?
