Golovking by mid round/early KO. Lara's kryptonite are come forward pressure fighters. Molina and Canelo whooped his ass with this strategy, and even Angulo almost did as well. GGG is even more of a pressure fighter than they are since he cuts of the ring at an even faster rate.....and hits much harder as well. Its a recipe for disaster. Lara should avoid GGG at all costs.
If Angulo's crude brand of pressure and power could put Lara on his back a couple of times, I'm not confident that he could elude Golovkin's more sophisticated kind of offensive ****nal and not become another one of his KO disposals.
Really wish G makes this fight after Lem (assuming he wins, obviously) You dont at least try to make a fight against the highest rated p4p opponent youve ever faced and a high profile common opponent with Canelo. (yes, I am aware of the roadblocks, but G's people dont even sound interested in the fight, when they should be) Like it or not, if Golovkin was able to brutalise Lara in impressive fashion it would make more waves in the sport than his fights against Rubio/Munroe, and any time you can destroy a high profile common opponent better than a rival you are chasing its a good thing. Now, I can understand if they keep getting top 5 middleweights to step up after the Lem fight (BJS/Lee winner, Cotto/Canelo winner, Quillan) but the likelyhood of that is slim, so if not, Lara is a better opponent for almost every reason than another rather obscure opponent. As for the fight, I think Golovkin stops him around 6ish.... give or take a round or two.
