    why is that acceptable? It happened during his prime and prevented the kind of domination expected from other too 10 ATG champs.

    I go back and forth on this one. I lean just a bit toward Holmes via very close decision. Lewis has some trouble vs good jabbers and movers. Holmes had amazing stamina late in a fight. The extra three rounds could be the difference here.

    If they can get there, I dont think Holmes had the kind of power to tip Lenny's chin, a real puncher could but I do think Lewis had the kind of right hand power that could take Holmes out (see Rudduck KO 2)

    Lewis had the power but did he have the pace?

    Lewis looked a Atg fiighter against Ruddock for sure and against Golota and Grant but when else?great fights make great fighters. Lewis was hard to beat on a bad night but never got off the floor to win nor was in a great fight. Without control of the pace he could be cautious, lethargic, accident prone and sloppy. There was a lot more of those performances at World level than there was examples of the Ruddock fight.
