Should probably face that **** cuban who Quigg couldn't beat Oh wait, he was destroyed for a second time the other night
Windsor Park holds 20,000+. Kingspan (Ulster Rugby) 18,000+ Casement Park will eventually hold 40,000+ but I doubt very much that all Carl's fans will travel to a GAA stadium :bart
If Quigg does get Nonito [which I highly doubt] that does really put a lot of pressure on Frampton as a poster above said. I mean who else is out there at 122lbs? At featherweight you've got Abner Mares vs Leo Santa Cruz, I expect Mares to beat Santa Cruz so then maybe he'd drop back down to Jr Feather and have a unification with Frampton for the WBC & IBF, but I doubt it.... No one is going to fight Rigondeaux.
Well said. We must ignore the anti-Frampton pond life on here. Real boxing people know that was actually a very impressive display of scintillating boxing against a very difficult opponent under very difficult circumstances. Frampton lost one round out of 12 - Quigg lost one round out of 2!!
Why are you soooo confident Nonito wont get Quigg? For me its a real worry cos Nonito just might go and ko Quigg and scupper Quigg-Frampton.
Listen mate, not criticising Frampton here but Quigg would stop Gonzalez, he really isn't that special an opponent.
If quigg would have fought Gonzales he would have been called a fruit farmer or something. Difficult fight in difficult circumstances? They went their on their own terms, any difficulties they had were down to their own weaknesses and bad preparation. There is no way frampton will fight quigg without fighting again first, you could tell after the fight in Texas he was massively deflated( more thn likely thinking of the 1.5 mill he could have been counting for getting knocked down by quigg instead of the pittance he more than likely got for getting knocked down by Gonzalez) As for donaire, quigg puts him into retirement and then everyone says he was finished much like rendall
If the case he needs to really sort himself out and quickly adjust and get used to it. I am a fan, but at top level being that picky or suspect to climate and affected is not acceptable.
Hahaha, yeah, Frampton was stunning. After all, what was Gonzalez? Mexico's number 12 SBW? He wouldn't even make the starting 11 if it was a football match.
Number 12 in Mexico. I call bull****. If that's the case name me 11 above him. If there are 11 above him quigg and frampton are ****ed. Gonzalez just let himself down with his jab. If he had kept that long range and rammed that jab in framptons face it would have been a Gonzalez win. I just don't think Gonzalez was good enough to do that.
It wasn't that "horrible".The air-con was on in the venue. The 2 McGuigan sons who get paid as "promoters" had suits on.
