    Canelos is the favorite because is young and strong but will depends on how much He have left in the fight a cotto with a lot of battery beats Him.

    The style that Cotto is fighting in now will work against him IMO with Canelo. He should box and move more if he wants to have success against Canelo. Canelo loves guys who stand in front of him and go to work he really has underrated skills and is a pretty good counter puncher. I think he will be able to counter Cotto. I think Canelo's experience facing guys like Lara and PBF will help in this fight but it's still too early for me to give a real prediction. Also stamina will be key as well as both have suspect stamina IMO. I just can't wait for the fight.

    Wow what a great end of the year fights Cotto vs Canelo and GGG vs Lemeux and Floyd finally retiring will give boxing a good refreshing taste for fans to enjoy.

    That's just it, Cotto won't be sitting their exchanging. He will come in, land some hard shots and circle, positioning. Canelo is good when someone just stands in front of him like you said, but if he's eating hard punches and the guy doesn't stand in front of him for return fire, he's frustrated. Cotto is the better ring general and will dictate the pace of the fight.
