Sounds odd calling for a 27 year old youngster to retire but where would he go if Jack beats him?

The Degale fight wouldn't have the same prestige at all if he was to lose again (plus he would be a massive underdog).

He couldn't step up to light-heavyweight the top guys like Kovalev, Stevenson etc would all stop him.(Unless he cherry picked boxing the likes of Braehmer, Clev, Fonjara etc)

I honestly believe that this is the most important fight of St GG's career and its a do or die matter, if he loses he is totally ****ed if he wins however the world is his oyster.

Hard to see where he goes if he does lose. His ego alone would probably stop him from settling as a domestic/euro fighter and he would always be seen as high risk low reward, although he will always be capable of getting himself into a mandatory position.

Thats true but does he really want to end up like Kevin Mitchell lol.

I actaully think Groves is a natural LHW,he walks around at about 195lbs but I just couldnt see him being a force at that weight,

    Why is that bolloxs?

He dropped Froch for real in the first round of a fight, yet he cant drop GGG in hundreds of rounds they have done together in sparring?

That makes no sense at all

Back to the subject. If he does lose this fight, it's in the fashion that he loses which will determine his future. Groves has always given a good account of himself in the ring. I doubt he will retire.
I very much doubt that he will lose though

who said he would be offended I said you wrote about Groves in the hope he might reply to you, as you've already mentioned Solaris rates Groves, hence why he might reply to a Groves thread, why do I have to explain everything to you Tamwar?
