X 2 Pulev put up less an effort and had less success than many of Wladimir's challengers. That speaks poorly of Pulev, honestly. Jennings, meanwhile, quite clearly did better against Wladimir than any other opponent he has ever faced in his current winning streak. I don't think that is an overstatement, either. It's pretty obvious. Who else made Wladimir's usual beastly offense so non-existent? Who else got inside as much, banged the body as much, made Wladimir work as much, and won as many rounds en route to lasting the distance than Jennings has? No one.
I think he will be favorite against all of them, but i think Takam and Aj would be bad match ups for him
I never understood why Pulev just stood in front of Wlad, I mean he has excellent footwork, look at his previous fights.... and for some inexplicable reason he completely abandoned that in his fight against Wlad, that was just suicidal.
Jennings actually made it relatively close, although I think that attributed more to a very poor performance from Wlad to be honest, he just looked extremely sluggish in that fight. But yeah, in this period of domination Jennings by far has been the most succesful.
I think his team blew him so full of hot air and insane self-esteem that he thought he just has to pressure Wlad a bit, hunt him down and he will fold. Then he got tagged and the whole gameplan went out of the window :rofl
Bull v.s matador... He beats all of those guys easy. Chisora at his absolute BEST gives him a decent fight though.
I'd love to see Khan Kubrat decimate Arreola. But I'd settle for any one of those fights. Chisora and Arreola would make Pulev look like a monstrous puncher b/c he'd KO either one of them inside 5 rds. :thumbsup
Jennings would be wise to bide his time and get in line for the vacated titles once Wlad retires. Fighting Pulev makes ZERO sense right now. For Pulev though, stopping Jennings would put him next in line for the WBC title. :think
