    all briggs has to do is beat a legitimate contender and earn his shot.
    like I said Tarver has done more in the ring than briggs lately. so has Mansour.
    briggs should fight one of them. if he can get a victory over someone at least that good then maybe we can say he is 1 more big victory away.
    He's 2 big wins away right now.
    making noise on social media is good marketing but marketing only go's so far.
