    Possibly on the basis that Peter Jackson was considered a World champion in 50 percent of the world. But i think that is the only realistic basis.

    Peter Jackson is the only fighter mentioned in this thread, of who you can say that he would have won the title in the balance of probability, if he had been given the chance to fight for it.

    That in itself should give him a pretty strong case.
