How has Zhilei been looking as a pro? Is he gonna step up soon?

Yeah Zhilei's opposition so far has been pretty dreadful so far considering his amateur experience, he needs to step up!

A lot more experience than Kuzmin who's fighting one of best journeymen in his 4th fight.

Please I hope this is not a sign that he's next. So I guess Duhuapas is the opponent for Wilder then. Typical.

    My thoughts,mate!

Very risky fight for Charr with very little reward.Briedis is totally unknown outside Latvia but he is a very capable operator:fast, with a good punch and good eye.
This fight can really go either way.
I just dont get it why the hell Charr has decided to fight Briedis in Chechnya's capital Grozny.

    Tell me about Charles Martin.

He's undefeated (with an early draw against a below-average fighter) and has knocked out some "usual suspects" lately ... but how good is he? How tall is he?

All I know is that he's a southpaw and inexplicably ranked No. 2 by the WBO and No. 4 by the IBF.

Anyone know how he ended up with those rankings, and what kind of prospect he really is?

UnleashtheFury: I know we've had some disagreements about Wilder, but I respect your research and knowledge of the heavyweight landscape, so I'm hoping you might have a take here.

Martin is solid... Definitely a guy to look out for. Out of the American prospects who have yet to try their hand out at world level I think he's the best by far (I usually just consider that to be the trio of Martin, Breazeale, and Washington) If it means anything I rate them in that order as well, best to worst. I can't say he's done enough enough to justify those rankings, but he's been busy and that's enough to get ranked in the HW division today I guess. Good guy to look out for, but he lacks a defining win and hasn't really been tested. But unlike his compatriots he hasn't shown glaring weaknesses that might come back to haunt him(Washington and Breazeale BOTH had a very hard time with Nagy Aguilera, Washington even more so)

I saw him fight live on the Wlad/Jennings undercard. He ko'd a fighter Tom Dallas at end of one. It was rather unsatisfactory conclusion as Dallas fell and tried to say he was thumbed in eye. Dallas himself was a late substition for another boxer that pulled out late. So not much to go off based on that fight. He was big, I'd say 6'5 and he had what seemed to be good power from a rather conventional straight up stance albeit southpaw. I have not seen any other fight of his but would like to see more. How he became rated so high I don't know the organizations are pretty corrupt but IMO I think he could become a legit top ten heavy.
