Thanks for the info. Seems like Nagy Aguilera would be a good opponent for him as well to get a comparison.

I've seen Washington once, I think. I'd say based of that alone that he's more of a suspect than a prospect, looked like he could develop into a top guy but not such a beast that I'd be surprised if he fell short of the big time.

I believe he is the best out of that crop of US heavys although we can't make a true comparison between them, we could make a comparison between Charles Martin & Anthony Joshua, earlier this year Martin stopped Raphael Zumbano Love in 10 rounds, 2 months later, Joshua stopped Love in 2 rounds with a legitimate one punch KO.

What does everyone think about Eddie Chambers and his decision to join Team Fury?

He hasn't fought since November. Since joining he has had a handful of fights, all last year and all against bottom-dwellers. Nothing to advance his career, all of them a step backwards from the kind of competition he was facing previously. I don't think any of them could even be called journeymen ... these are guys who lose to journeymen.

And I suspect he's not getting rich off this kind of competition.

To me, he's not treading water -- he's going backwards. He signed on for a gig that has turned out to be nothing but "free sparring partner for the Fury lads."

Should he break free and try to get a meaningful fight? Will he ever step up again and try to make a last run at the top?

Looks like Chisora/Teper on 26th September is a no go.Too close to that date to make this fight happen.Chisora can fight Dimitrenko.

Yeah that's too close of a date for these two to adequately prepare for a fight, but the WBC "champ" loves facing over matched opponents who haven't been allowed time to prepare.

I'd still love to see a Chisora Dimitrenko fight. Dimitrenko used to be good, would be a solid test to make sure Chisora hasn't gone down too much, set him up well for a better opponent next time.
