How would Norris fare in matches against today's top 154-lbers?

At the same time? He loses, obviously. :D

    He'd beat them all.

I wouldn't favour many over Terry at 154. He's one of the greats there!

He is certainly talented enough to beat all three. Whether he would is another matter. One of the exciting things about Norris was that in spite of all his talent, he rolled the dice and took a risk in his fights. Don't think it would be a problem against Lara, but Andrade or Canelo might catch him.

Andrade is really good but unproven. I'll withhold judgement.

    He'd beat Lara.

against Canelo I could see him doing something stupid and getting knocked out in the first fight and then winning the next two by decision.

Boxing has evolved since Terry Norris. He'd lose to all three.

Focused Norris beats them all including Cotto and May at 154

I disagree if we're talking about Mayweather from 2-3 years ago. That's a pretty big technical gap and Norris doesn't have an enormous size advantage.

Norris would beat every last freckle off Canelo's face.

I assume you were just joking with that one.

Norris handles all three of them.

that assessment is fair enough. But I would still put my money on Norris if I had to bet.

And I would definitely pick Norris to beat Mayweather at 154.

The three you mentioned have done nothing to warrant consideration against a modern great like Norris. Lara would be absolutely pettrified, Canelo would eat combos like sweets and Andrade has barely faced anybody approaching world level.
