Tyson has nothing like the size, reach, or indeed strength to push Frazier off in the way Foreman did to line him up for those uppercuts. Joe's left hook counters were out of reach of Foreman.

Similarly the 6' 4" 83" reach Douglas could uppercut the stumpy little freak to death in the full knowledge Tyson couldn't reach him with counters.

Frazier 6' 0" reach 73"

For Tyson to land uppercuts on Frazier he has to get close, and leave himself open to the left hook.
