    Don't need the clarification I got it the first time. I think they're both 50/50 type fights as well, David could potentially be a nightmare or maybe not. But he definitely stands a better shot at getting them out of there than he does with GGG, which is what I assumed you were saying.

    You could be wrong Lemieux might steamroll Quillin and Lee and maybe even GGG.

    But hey I picked Geale to beat Cotto and Molina to beat Broner ......so maybe IDKSAB either.:conf

    I wouldn't pick Lee and Quillin over Lemieux, not necessarily in a way that they are above his level or something like that. It'd honestly be the battle of who's got the best puncher's chance and I think Lemieux has them both beat there. Wouldn't surprise me if he got knocked out either but I know for sure it wouldn't go 12 rounds.

    We all did that because they reported the wrong 30 day weight for Geale which made it look like he was going to have no problem with the C/W

    I thought Lee would beat Martinez and at one point back when they were both prospects I thought Proksa was better than Golovkin :lol: Oh man, I've got **** loads of those.

    As IB once pointed out, if you pick enough fights (and I think my former league and kirk's current league illustrate this) over time, the best at making predictions are still going to be wrong approximately 25-35% of the time.

    I've gotten a few right over the years. And I still maintain this is massive mismatch.

    But you don't mean mismatch in a way that Lemieux shouldn't be in the ring with Golovkin, you mean skill right which is probably true. Lemieux is basically Golovkin if you took away everything that makes GGG more than just a power puncher.

    I'm laying right at 75%:lol: But if it weren't for bad scorecards I'd be at 85.

    However IB also said David would be shutout by Rosado and N'Dam I picked David to destroy them both.:deal

    But yeah I really don't think David has much of a chance to beat GGG, but it still doesn't hamper my enthusiasm to see it.

    I think it's a mismatch in the sense that Lemieux has no hope and that Golovkin is going to batter the hell out of him without issue.

    This is largely a testament to GGG's greatness, because he's head and shoulders above everyone at middleweight.

    But this idea that Lemieux is the best Golovkin ever faced, or that he possesses some unique set of skills that will badly trouble or test Golovkin? That's the perception that a lot of fans (mostly Golovkin fans) are trying to create. That Lemieux is some ATG powerhouse and that this is a PPV worthy event that has a good chance of resembling Hagler-Hearns.

    These people seriously need to give me some of whatever they're putting in their peace pipes.
