Did George Foreman hit harder than modern Super-Heavyweights (Klitschko/Lewis)?

Evander Holyfield said he hit the hardest out of anyone he's ever faced:

This includes Evander's opponent Superheavyweight Lennox Lewis (6''5, 245lbs) and 1996 Mike Tyson.

Shannon Briggs, who has fought both Lewis and Vitali Klitschko also said Foreman hit the hardest. And he fought a 50 YEAR OLD Foreman.

Prime Foreman's power must have been monstrous.

Yes, but Lewis and even Vitali destroyed Briggs and Foreman did not.

I think Foreman's power was more of a clubbing type. Guys have described it as being like the ring is suddenly tilted. I don't know the exact physics of it but it is less of the sharpshooting type that is Wlad's or the cranked up power shots of Lewis. It certainly seems to impress his opponents differently than other heavy hitters.

My former gym mate, fighting Freddy Askew who was ko'd by a young big George said this about his punching power, when young Fred grew up on a farm in Tennessee and one day got to close behind an enraged horse. Rearing up it kicked Fred full in the head with its back hoofs and his family thought the unconscious lad would never wake and likely would die. Fortunately Fred came around but to this day is adamant that George hit harder.

Foreman was 50 years old against Briggs. I think that needs to be taken into account. I dont think any 50 year old is going to punch with the same power and curiosity he did when he was half that age.

Vitali too was old, but so was Briggs unlike the version George fought and Vitali didn't exactly stop Briggs.

Lewis is the only one who kod Briggs and was the only one in his prime when he fought him

Yes, but Holy fought an old Foreman not a young one.

And let us not forget the great Darrol Doing Damage Wilson.

The Foreman who fought Evander was in better condition than the one who fought Briggs.

Didn't Holyfield say that Foreman was the hardest hitter he ever faced?

Do you know the definition of the word 'troll'? Or are you just genuinely ignorant?

Yes. I have no problem believing Foreman is the hardest puncher of the lot.
Holy also said Big George was the strongest guy he fought.

    No

Idiot, prime Foreman would have punched lighter because he weighted less. And Foreman especially punched with his mass prime or not.

George had those wide swinging arms but as Chuvalo said he was more of a clubbing puncher. He did have the one punch KO over Moorer but he himself was one punch KO'd by Ali.... Frazier got up 6 times but Moore also got up vs Marciano ..Foreman put his all behind a punch but I do not see the one punch power or KO's like Golota KO1, Rahman 2 shots or Vlads Chambers,Brock,Thompson,Byrd,Austin It usually took Foreman quite a few shots to take you out....Joe Louis was better than all of them
