    Yes, RJJ was the most athletic fighter in boxing history, but I don't think he would have excelled in other sports.

    So, I don't think he's the most athletic athlete ever. I would say Bo Jackson is more athletic.

    I think there's a difference between hand speed and athleticism.

    That lead uppercut that he took out Griffin with was awesome.

    Roy covered some serious distance very quickly in the ring when he was in his prime.

    Hand-speed can't do that.
