I do think Fury would have been better off fighting Wilder, but the fight is already a 55,000 sell out. Going to be f***g MASSIVE. I give Fury a 25% chance, about the same as Pulev had.

I am very confident that fury wins this very widely on points. If he presses the attack I can see him stunning wlad badly but is content on picking wlad off at range.. However score cards will have tyson winning by split decision even though it be 9 rounds to 3 for fury.. Watch the first tentative round and look carefully at Tysons footwork and how he will hit wlad whilst turning him.. You will see wlad get aggressive but still can not get to tyson.. Very easy fight plus wlad chin holds up quite well but will be discouraged around mid way.. But finishes on his feet.. Wlad will definitely be cut early watch the sweeping left hook very unpredictable... It just comes out of nowhere.... You guessed it fury way quicker than wlad... Wlad a few years ago would stand a better chance..so wlad losing now wouldn't affect his legacy whatsoever.. Just that time waits for no man.. That's nothing to be shame of.... Fury 116-112 even though it should be wider :)

i will tell you what will happen, what i think

the occasion with all the grand entrance of wlad and fans will be too much for fury, he couldnt handle it against cunningham, and then the stare before the fight, wlad always gives that type of stare that puts fear in his opponents.

tyson will be nervous, i see him getting hit by the right hand,, the first couple of rounds will be too much for tyson, he will be constantly hit by right hands, and finally putting up a good effort, probably talking to wlad after the first knockdown, will get knocked out in 5

i think when he tries switching from southpaw will be his downfall, as he might leave himself open while switching allowing wlad to connect.

wlad knows from looking at tapes the straight right is key and will end the show

wlad wins by ko in 5

What makes people think Fury going southpaw will trouble Wlad? Wlad has fought southpaws:

    Thompson 2x
    Byrd 2x
    Chagaev
    Ibragimov

I saw parts in the Fury-Hammer fight where Fury left his jab out there too long, especially when he went southpaw. I also saw parts where Fury left himself open after a combination.

I know Wlad probably doesnt give a rats @ss about internet trolls like those who suggest Manny wouldnt let Wlad fight Chisora due to fear of him losing, BUT......

What do you suppose Wlad would have earned had he gone thru with the Chisora fight as opposed to dropping Chisora as Haye demanded in negotiations for their unification fight?

I know it's somewhat personal, and Wlad probably don't discus the #s with ya, but you care to take a stab at it?

I would guess Wlad woulda earned about $4-$5 mil to fight DelBoy and that he made about $12 mil to fight Haye.....Am I in the ballpark?

It's been a while since the Haye fight and I don't recall the particulars.

    Good post.:thumbsup

Ppl credit Fury for his defense, but he hasnt fought anyone with the handspeed of Wlad Klitschko and the range of him either.

Fury does go back in straight lines, and if he does that vs Wlad he's eating a L hook on his way back.
