Oquendo has always been, and still is very hard to look good against. I think all but the elite of the division probably look bad against him, even in victory.

Pretty sure he's Kali's son... And damn shame he got found out so early.... But he's still a kid, plenty of time to turn it around.

 

I agree. I think it's a very good fight and as crazy as it sounds I think If Oquendo wins that he will out point Browne and become Wlad's mandatory. I still favor Chagaev to win though. Oquendo has always had good mobility and a Piston jab but he never forces the action and often stinks the place out.

Marcelo Luiz Nascimento picks up a win finally, but over a 1-14 journeyman. 2nd rd TKO. Improves to 19-10.

I actually don't think Nascimento is that bad. He's actually for the most part only lost to the top prospects/contenders in the division. He's fought everyone. So a bit of an underrated journeyman I think, certainly better than Costa Jr, and some of his other fellow Brazilians.
