So many people don't understand delivery, it's clear as day when you watch Peter's fights. Higher level cats either avoid the big ones outright, ride the shots, or have the whiskers to take the shots. It's not just as simple as "he has no power"

Exactly this. Accuracy and timing are as important, if not more so, than brute force. Maybe Peter should have concentrated on body punching more, to at least land his power in full, instead of swatting flies.
Heavy handed caveman style clubber. Pure technique with a fast switch snap is better at rendering people unconscious though.
Agree with this. Sanders had a lot of snap to his punches, and a lot of the time he put guys down with shots that didn't even seem that hard. Speed also gives the recipient less time to adjust to take the punch.
Peters power was very good. Hugely strong guy built like a large barrel but his technique was awful and he was slow. So power about 6 overall. There is a lot of things to consider.
