Andy Ruiz doesn't belong in there, neither does Mansour and i'd switch a couple of names around but otherwise fairly accurate. Oh yeah, Hughie Fury hasn't really done enough to be considered top 25 either.
I am not writing Ruiz Jr completely off from his last fight vs Liakhovic, which was terrible to watch. I think he beats the likes of Browne, Hammer, Arreola, Duhaupas and Szpilka, who didn't make my top 25. Fedosov is also close to top 25, he might beat Ruiz Jr at this point.
I had a shot White Wolf drawing with Ruiz, and he looked ill prepared.... With a full camp he probably would have gotten the nod... Based on that fight I think Duhaupas and Szpilka would beat him, especially in 10-12 rounders. I don't rate Browne, or Hammer that high so you could well be right, but I don't think he's fighting at that much of a higher level than those guys, Arreola may have fallen far enough for someone like Ruiz to beat him.
My top 10 ( too tired to make a top 25...it,s past midnight overhere..) 1-D Wilder 2- WK 3- Povetkin 4-Stiverne 5-Jennings 6-Pulev 7-Takam 8-Chagaev 9-AJ 10-A Ruiz jr

Some really interesting calls in here, some I agree with and some I strongly disagree with. I can pretty much guess where people are from by their options, and I'm feeling Parker is being underrated (albeit not hugely so) so I guess I could be as bias as others are being. While I'm pondering it, here's the "average" rating people have given to fighters mentioned so far: 1 Klitschko 2 Povetkin 3 Helenius 4 Pulev 5 Jennings 6 Platov 7 Wilder 8 Chagaev 9 Takam 10 Fury 11 Perez 12 Joshua 13 Ruiz 14 Thompson 15 Teper 16 Ortiz 17 Dimintrenko 18 Ustinov 19 Wach 20 Stiverne 21 Glazkov 22 Peter 23 Cunningham 24 Tarver 25 Chisora I think the top 10 of that list is very reasonable, though I have no idea who Platov is so I'd replace him with Fury
