If Andre retired tomorrow, has he done enough to be inducted into the Hall of Fame ?

    Discuss and vote.

Maybe, but he's not an ATG yet.

Nope. He doesn't have that many quality wins and he's not fan friendly nor popular like someone like Gatti.

He beat Kessler via illegal headbutts, ducked Bute, ducked Froch rematch and is ducking his actual division (LHW), too inactive, too boring to watch, and a stay at home disgrace. Let him fight Kovalev first and then we'll talk

    You're an idiot. :rofl

If he's not a H.O.Fer, then Gennady is a journeyman.

That's how far apart their resumes are. :hi:

What does action have to do with H.O.F status? :hi:

Gatti's resume ain't great at all but he got into the HOF just because he was popular and fan friendly, something Ward isn't

GGG could have the best resume in boxing today if all the fighters with a name around his weight class weren't ducking him, like certain diva you love to nuthug

B-Side Ward should accept the 164 cw too, and get trounced by GGG

Ehmmm, is he? Yes, when you consider some other guys that are in HoF, but I think many of those guys SHOULDN'T be so neither should Ward.

I just think HoF becomes totally meaningless if you can just get in after beating a few good fighters.

I'll go with NO. Especially with the way he's wasted the last two years.

Ward is hugely talented i would even say he is a better boxer then Mayweather but at this point he is not a HOFer

Him beating Kovalev and berby would deffo put him in that claSS

No, his resume has holes and he's not a good ambassador for the sport.

Well he proved he was the best at super middle for his generation and is regarded as one of the top P4P fighters around. I'd say he's already done enough to probably be inducted based upon some of those who have been inducted.

He's not a great yet though.

no his resume is boring and he has been ducking real challenges his whole career. The hall of fame has enough mediocre fighters, there's no need to dilute the prestige further by inviting cherry-pickers like ward.

You can't be considered one of the best fighter of all time at SMW with fighters like calzaghe toney roy, jones, collins, froch, Kessler, benn, eudanks, the Korean dude & plenty others having deep & all time great history there & not be considered a hall of famer.
