We've already established that Floyd couldn't have fought DLH in his prime.

Floyd would have been on the canvas had he not been able to clinch. Absolutely no doubt about it.

Going by my list, he could't have fought any of them in his prime then.:roll:

Too bad he was alert enough to not get caught again. Recovered and dominated. Floyd winning 11 out of 12 rounds clearly shows he was a superior boxer. Always was. Hey no point in going back and forth it's all opinions anyways when we talk about prime vs prime matchups. All we have to go by is when they did fight and we know how that turned out.

Well then throw out the fight. A win over a shot fighter isn't what makes greatness.

You can't outbox a fighter who doesn't take risks, I agree.

Did you see the Pacquiao fights? Pacquiao in 2004 and 2008 was a live dog. A truly special fighter and Marquez almost beat him.

Prime Floyd took plenty of risk and he was willing to skip a division to get Prime Mosley.

He wasn't being called shot going into the fight and was ranked p4p. Don't act like we had Prime Mayweather in there at his best weight class. Lmao

Good thing retrospect exists. This all goes back to Floyd's biggest hole in his legacy. No signature fight against a peak fighter.

When he got to 147 he stopped taking risks.
