I'm from America so I'm not really immersed in the English league as much as someone from Britain I imagine, but yeah I've followed them since the mid 2000s when teenage Ronaldo and Rooney were tearing the league up, not to mention all the greats like Rio, Giggs, Scholes, Vidic, and so on

Hehe nah, Tottenham is a place in North London (like a "town", there are many) whereas Everton I'm not entirely sure, it probably is also some place in Liverpool.

In Europe it's not so common to name clubs after sponsors.

 

I hate Man U only because I used to work for Aon. They gave me some free swag at one point and whenever I wore my bag with their logo on it some obnoxious person with their face all lit up would stop me to chat about soccer.

 

I don't remember exactly, but at least historically there's some negative connotation to the term.

Muller is a decent trier. He cut his teeth on the (actually surprisingly fairly deep) South African cruiser scene, and is about top 5 domestically there. He could hang with most of the Euro class (but well short of world) folk.
