    Nope.

In fact, if he was able to press on the gas, he would've been susceptible to more counterpunches coming his way. Mayweather has this unusual knack of somewhat stooping down to his level of competition and doing just a bit more to win the rounds. If Pacman came at him more aggressively, I think we would've seen a more offensively engaged FLoyd.

The problem will always be the same in this matchup- Pacman is just the smaller guy, has a serious reach disadvantage and doesn't do a great job with cutting the ring off against mobile fighters. A good shoulder won't change any of that.

One reason Pac lost was the fact he was fighting seriously injured & in pain because he'd been sabotaged by the CSAC. The other reason is NOONE!! could have beaten Floyd on May2 because the fight was in Vegas. The ludicrous 118-110 card proved that The only way Pac was going to win was to knock Floyd out & he made a heroic attempt to do so. As it was despite the injury he had Mayweather running & holding all 12 rounds Even Floyds own father/trainer said he was "Fighting Scared"
All May 2 proved was that Manny Pacquaio has the heart & cojones of a champion & that Floyd Mayweather is truly the coward we all thought he was. He relied on Vegas corruption to ensure he got the win AGAIN! & they came across for him.
The good part for Pacquaio is he got very well paid for his heroic attempt.
I still say if Pac is 100% fit & fights on a level playing field anywhere BUT Vegas he would kick Floyd's cowardly a$$:good

I agree with you on the point Pac would never get a dec over Floyd in Vegas. He'd have to knock him out. But anywhere else in the world with a level playing field & no Vegas corruption I still think a 100% Pac beats Floyd.
Let me ask you a question buffy Do you think Dave Maretti's scorecard of 118-110 was anywhere near a legitimate score for that fight?? Be honest now

I saw the fight live and had Floyd winning comfortably, after watching it in slow motion with no commentary Pac won it 115-113 no question as he landed the most shots whereas Floyd was hitting Pacquiaos gloves and was scored by the now discredited compubox for hitting Pacquiao with the outside of his wrist.

The video that shows all this clearly has since been pulled by CBS which is a great shame.

Manny Pacquiao only ever had a punchers chance. Mayweather is now, and has always been the better boxer. Floyd is older, and remember the 2009 version of Mayweather was better than the 2015 version as well

I've been telling people the same thing. They just won't listen. Pacquiao was/is an exciting fighter. Mayweather is a great fighter.

My life is far from pathetic thanks lol
Its people like you who are brainwashed Mayweather fans & cannot see the truth that are pathetic. That fight on May 2 was a farce.
Mayweather, the guy you claim to be an ATG, ran away from an opponent he knew was injured & fighting in pain. He ran then grabbed & held whenever Pac got close. Please don't try the Floyd didn't know he was injured excuse either. Watch how Floyd pulls on Pacs right arm every time he has the chance
The good part about the farce is Pac got well paid for his bravery & earned peoples respect Plus the farce showed that Floyd really is just a prima donna coward the majority see him as :hi::hi:

Manny couldn't get a decision win against Mayweather in his own living room. Mayweather is faster, more accurate and better defender, he only ever had a punchers chance.

Mayweather is NOT a great fighter. He's not even a FIGHTER! period He is a prima donna coward who happened to have been born with great natural God Given boxing talent & had the backing of a boxing commission & their officials 100 % behind him
