It means I didn't follow the sport in the 30's and 40's like you obviously did. None of you mother****ers who hold all the old timers to such a high standard have any clue how any them would do against the fighters of today. Louis fought most of his opponents between 190 and 210 he'd be a Cruiser today and would probably be beaten by Usyk as well. So **** you.:deal
I follow what's going on in the sport today and I live in the moment like I have for the last 20 years, I lived in the moment for Lewis and Jones Jr. and Tyson and Barrera and Morales and Calzaghe and so on and so forth, there's no point in looking to the past, its over and done with move on, there's no point in comparing era's because neither you nor I truly know how well Louis or an other fighter from the past would perform today. So its a pointless exercise in futility much like arguing with you. Do I really think Kovalev could beat Louis maybe he could maybe he couldn't but I say it to annoy wannabe elitist like you. Who thinks because they've seen old ass footage of a few Louis matches that you're somehow better than everybody, you're a jackass and a mindless anti-Wlad troll and the fact that you don't see Wlad in all of his greatness in the moment means that YDKAB as well.
Gvozdyk-Niyazymbetov or Khytrov-Ogogo I didn't follow the lower weights that much. And Falcao against some guy that I forgot his name.
Then surely you'd remember Anthony Joshua being outclassed and easily beaten by Savon in the opening match?
Ive read and watched breakdowns of the unique skill and talent of Joe Louis. As a lover of pure boxers and real skill , you must look to the past , not the present. Louis and some of his opponents were the embodiment of boxing. I know you can't see that and never will.
