Give us a breakdown of what " trouble " you think Ali had with Mildenberger. If nothing else it will explain exactly " why " some of us think your an idiot.
Haye was faster than Ali at the heavier weight around 220 that is clear, only an imbecile would call Ali fast beyond 220 because he CLEARLY wasn't.And even then rregardless of weight Haye at 212 was very fast...you're to dumb to take the word Ali out of your mind because you're a simpleton to see that.
'mildenberger not known to be a very big puncher"..Announcers before the fight "Ali looks a little worried,Mildenbergers shots starting to land more now" Announcers in round 10 So in the end Ali struggles with a SLOW weak fighter yet you claim a 6'4 ATHLETIC/fast 230 pounder is no good?:nut Ali didn't even land nearly a at all the first FOUR rounds ,yet won those rounds?Seems to me you are not the one watching the fights and the big words wont change the fact you are a simpleton.:smooch
I don't think many are dismissing Wlad out of hand, it's the ludicrous "observations" Uncle Clemmy or whatever you call him is making in saying Wlad is faster than Ali in terms of hand and foot. It's clearly ludicrous. If Wlad was to beat Ali which I personally think he wouldn't, it certainly wouldn't be because he would out speed him.
Well most of my arguments are due to double standards..as for this thread well only the blind ,ignorant or plain dumb people cannot see Wlad clearly has the advantage in this one,as at least you can see!:thumbsup
footwork is non issue if Ali were to run he loses just as easily as Haye does, the difference between Haye is he was a much better defender in avoiding shots while backing up,this is a fact...as for speed ,well Wlad is faster than Ali,punching in bunches with lighter combinations doesn't mean you are faster, its what punch is going to land first, add into his 6'6 length, and he goes even a shorter distance and the better timed punching ability speed is a not that important of a factor for Wlad regardless of what wishes to believe because speed is not overly different its the POWER,this is also a fact!
Wlad was knocked down once legitamatly not 3 times, sorry you haven't watched it!:-( Mildenberger had quick feet? There was NOTHING quick about Mildenberger!:clown
Sonny Liston hit just as hard as Wlad and he had a way better jab. And he had better footwork coming forward.
But you have no problem claiming Povetkin went down 4 times when 3 of those were blatant illegal throw downs. You're a disgrace.
Talking about speed ..liston was SLOW and telegraphing his jab,no footwork and was about 10 years past his prime,What would be so hard for a young quick fighter to k.o him?Who did liston actually ever K.O that was over 200 pounds?
Povetkin wasn't even mentioned you dolt!He was out classed from round 1 to 12 anyway...why not bring up Gallento the greatest boxer ever again:nut
Wrong ,it was an atg jab that knocked teeth out of gums. It would knock clinchko out with first touch
Yea it was "ALL TIME THIS","ALL TIME THAT".....says the worst poster on this forum...has nothing to do with liston being nearly 40 with back and shoulder problems, its all magical by the lightning fast Ali with the speed of the flash who also was said to not even have to worry about leaving the arena because he secretly had wings and flew at will .:nut
you mentioned him because you ran into a brick wall and then did a 360 in another direction not related to the thread!:yep
