I think that if Wlad is penalized more for holding that we would see a much more aggressive version of him. I think that he would have been blasting folks out of there and that people like you would be crying into your pink lemonade. Sure, he may have had a few more losses due to his average chin. But his wins would have been steamrollings of epic proportions. :deal His younger, offensive version was spectacular.

Sanders was also the first southpaw with a punch Wlad had fought up to that point. He learned from that and didn't give Ibragimov, Chagaev, or Thompson the same opportunities. While I think the more seasoned Wlad would fight smarter and outlast Sanders, it'd always be an extremely dangerous fight for him because of how Corrie sells out early and his blend of size, stance, and punching.

Please don't engage in dialogue with Delusionalvelvet, I think the best course of action is just to ignore him.

    Good points.

I would add another, you need decent size to be about to trouble Wlad, as good as Povetkin is he was too small.

    6'4 + and weight wise prob 235+.

Right now there is nobody that can beat Vlad....................the only way to beat Vlad is to work really hard, get the experience, stamina, skills, power, but who has that? Vlad might lose whenever he gets old, but right now he is a very young 39, he does not drink, smoke, take drugs and stays in shape year round.....................plus, Emanuel Steward trained him and nobody can beat that..............
