Vitali couldnt carry Tysons jockstrap for a start, neither could Bowe.

He already beat Holmes and speaking of mediocre opposition, alot of these guys were the same guys Holmes feasted on (or avoided or lost to).

So theres three that do not rank above him.

Last time i checked, when Ali fought someone who could actually talk back (Bonavena and Terell), it was Ali who was pulling his hair out at the press conference.

But seriously, Prime Tyson vs Prime Lennox, Foreman, Ali or Vitali would be amazing fights and Tyson would be the underdog against all four for me.

Try to form a top 5 list of who Vitali actually beat without laughing.

I mostly go with that, he'd have a punchers chance vs all of them but 3 times out of 4 he'd be beaten. You look at the two Ruddock fights before he went to jail, that was not a guy who beats anybody prime in that list.

Because Tyson of 91 was at his best right?

That Tyson would still beat Bowe, Holmes, Holyfield, Louis, Marciano, Dempsey and both Klitsckos.

Neither did Mike, unless you call a 39 y/o ex champ worth a damn. P4P Vital would beat Tyson by KO or UD and that's all this thread is asking - who'd beat him.

All he'd lost was his 0 ura, he was still the exact same Mike and pre jail.

Worth a damn, your exact words and no I don't think he did. If Vitali didn't then Mike didn't either. Vitali would have walked through his resume up to the Douglas fight. Probably put away the several stiffs Mike had to UD.

Nobody claims he was shot, but its stupidity to believe he was the same fighter he was from 86-88.
