Being in amateur fights and being a pro and in the ring with elite fighters are two different thing....going from Boswell to Lewis who was training for a knockout artist in Johnson makes your argument very weak.
But Lewis didn't train, even for the Johnson fight. That's obvious based on his physical shape. Of course this is no excuse as he should have been training, but this ought to be considered,
Yep,the camio certainly was the cause for him not being in shape,Lewis not being able to leave the studio for months definatley hindered him, even though I just posted some of the actual interview prior to the fight?
I ****ed up with the movie bit there, but it doesn't matter. He weighed 7lb more than in his previous fight, and 10 more than his second last fight. I don't think training vigorously was a priority for him at the time. It sure was for the young, hungry, Vitali though.
I honestly think you're just trolling. Vitali won the early rounds and Lewis came on from about the 4th or so. Once he unshelved his uppercut the fight took on a different complexion. Vitali absorbed two big upercuts, once in the 4th or 5th and another huge one in the 6th. I suppose you'd score those rounds to Vitali for taking those shots and not falling over? But why am I bothering? It's not like pointing out the obvious makes the slightest bit of difference to you.
Lewis put on the weight to counter the strength of vitali,it didn't work, the interview clearly states he is in great shape,,,did he have a melt down 2 weeks before the fight?Im not buying...a more prepared vitali has the edge over him, thats why lewiss plans to fight more fights"WE KNOW THIS HE SAID SO" was derailed.:deal
Not my fault I busted you in more tall tales...I hit you with the actual interview which you have NO answer for except the above garbage!:smooch
This looks as though you've hardly addressed or even read anything I've said.. Dude seriously.. Not only have you been exposed for having an ass backwards view on some stuff, you're also being caught red handed for citing misinformation. Please take the time to research and think things over before wasting time and space or else a lot of people are going to place you on their ignore list.
Except Steward had said this was his gameplan to try and out physical vitali thinking it would be a short fight if Lewis could manhandle him....yes it is funny to see you guys have no clue about this fight...:yep
Except that is the actual interview ,I wasn't aware I was the one anserwing Lewis's questions that I cited his quotes to? IDC if I get put on ignore im not here to kiss azz ,im here to tell it like it is,you think Vitali had the upperhand on 2 weeks notice, thats not only false but not logical giving who each was training for and as Steward put it,lewis was boxing far longwer and had the experience factor on his side!
"Counter the strength of Vitali" wut? You don't think it's more logical to accept that he, as a loaded champion at the age of 38 really wasn't taking training as seriously as he did when he was attempting to unify the belts? Of course the interview states that he's in great shape. What's it supposed to say? That he was getting fatter and really wasn't giving a **** anymore? Please. Vitali could not have been more prepared than he was at the time. He was a young contender seeking fame and his entire life at the time was based on dethroning Lennox. Couple that with the fact that the Klitschkos are well known for ALWAYS staying in excellent shape even towards the end of their careers and there's really nothing else to consider.
