of course the commentators were focusing on lewis, they always focus on a champion when he gets hit. It draws the attention of the viewers much more than the usual champion hitting on the contender which is what you expect to see.

    whats biased about tko6?

seems like a win to me.It does to the whole world, brit or not. Are you claiming tis not tko6 - if you are, then its you in the minority whose opinion isn't objective...not mine - mines spot on tko6.

    What does "Settled" mean?

Was there a legal contract in place for that date?

cause if there wasn't then it wasn't settled.

And yet in the 6th round, Lewis was walking through his punches and as George said, "he has no respect for Vitali's power" my guess is the reason he didn't was because Vitali's punches we're as hard as they were in the first 2-3 rounds.

Everyone was undefeated at one point, until their first loss.

Are you kidding me! You use a quote from Dundee to basically say that the fight shouldn't have been stopped and that he was robbed of the opportunity by the doctor! Are you for real? The cut (which was caused by a legitimate punch) was one of the worst that's ever been witnessed in the ring. It was a miracle the fight went on as long as it did and the reality is that Lewis was digging deep and would have had every chance of stopping Klitshcko in the next round or two.
People need to remember that Lewis was the proven championship performer and had proven able to hang in the trenches in previous wars. That experience would have been the difference if the fight had continued. Vitali was in deep waters and Lewis had visibly knocked a lot of the stuffing out of him. Ultimately the only statistic that really matters is that Lewis W TKO 6.

Well for a start, Vitali took 8 rounds to KO Danny Williams.
A guy Lewis would have flattened in 1 round and an old Tyson nearly had him out of there too.

Oh and there was that Shannon Briggs dude, you know the one Lewis KOd in 5 and then took Vitali the distance 12 years later?

Is it also a coincidence that he fought some of the worst opposition ever?

His most notable wins are Sanders, Adamek and Peter.

Sanders beat nobody of note outside Wladmir.
Oh, he did beat Michael Sprott.

Exactly. In a very real sense his eyesight was at sake.
