This was the only card they weren't bidding for. Frank said he wasn't even going to be because a gentlemans agreement had been broken, so now you'll have to pay a one off fee of around £20 (on top of your £40pm subscriptio)for it alongside Brook vs Chavez..... Whilst a £10 monthly Subscription for boxnation around about that time is likely to include Cotto vs Alvarez and Golovkin vs Lemeuix...

Don't waste your breath pal, some are forever against the channel. It's their opinion so fair enough, but they won't change their minds

Losing Fury / Klitschko was a kick in the nuts for FW/BN but the schedule especially if the two big US cards are added to it is very good leading into the end of the year and is more then value for money for the subscribers. I'm also not interested in Warrren and co's balance sheets so it's irrelevant.

I don't care to be honest. I have a level of moral consciousness that means I've no desire to pay for a channel that is partly owned by a man who steals from boxers, when I can view them elsewhere.

You don't know what you are talking about, so save your breath.

If we start to compare Sky SPORTS v BN there's only one winner, PPV included.

Who cares, if people want to watch both then they can, you're taking sides over a TV channel, do you realise how insane that sounds

No, it's about making a point. Telling me BN is better value than a sports package with 6 channels is embarrassing.

At the end of the day, both companies boxing output is a disgrace.

Mate were talking Boxing not tiddlewinks why would I need 6 channels to watch boxing?

You're the one who has no clue. Or you'd know Frank wasn't even bidding on it so he 'lost out' on nothing. All he lost was getting to host the fight cause of a last minute s**** of purse bids.

Get a life mate. Make a channel yourself if you know so much, instead of sittting at a computer all day at your mum's house creating alts to try and bring down people 1000x more successful than you! How many world champions you trained?

Well obviously overall sky is better value for sports in general because boxnation only shows boxing. I'm pretty sure that poster meant better value in terms of the boxing output, not overall sports output, but you surely knew that right...

You realise comparing the boxing content of a sports channel to the boxing content of a dedicated boxing channel is utterly idiotic?

Just because you choose to bid doesn't mean you didn't lose. He threw his toys out of the pram because he knew his ****-poor irrelevant channel couldn't win.

Why would I make a boxing channel? It's a niche sport that is extremely hard to make money from.

    Try using your brain.

How can you compare the two? It's utterly ridiculous.

Wouldn't you be annoyed if the dedicated boxing channel that you pay for had poorer content than a sports channel for whom boxing is not a major consideration?

If BoxNation got Fury/Wlad their financial losses would be even higher.

Not arguing in terms of content but the first two are on prime time, the other two are on at 4am

That is why a UK Dedicated Home of Boxing Channel has failed to make money and only surviving through a subsidy.

The domestic fighters have jumped out of the Fish Tank and stacking cards with boring Buglioni and Skeete types leaves little hope for the future.

Fish looks finished, Boxnation's domestic scene looks finished, Boxnation has lost the European scene to Sky and the guy wasting his money on a floating dead duck must love throwing away money.:lol:

    How is Buglioni boring Punter?
He's a good upper domestic/ euro level banger who will win some and lose some and the Chudinov fight will be an exciting fight until Frank gets banged out.
Bradley Skeets however I have no argument about but fast Eddie also has boring fighters of a similar nature.

As for the his domestic cards even you must admit that Frannk has made improvements this year and the WW3 card is stacked with good fights. He also has very good prospects in MItchell Smith, Tommy Langford, Joe Costello, Jack Catteral etc- his stable is not as weak as some would like to make out.
