There is no mention of hatred there at all, rather that is presumptuousness on your part.

Someone may well believe ( and they probably do ) they are superior to you, but they don't need to hate you to believe that. Perhaps it is your obsession with generalisation, and grouping people together that may cause people to think that way about you.

 

Let me give you a really simple example of how we ALL do NOT have the same mindset. The vast majority of people in the world believe ISIS is a force for evil. Yet other people are leaving their countries of residence and joining ISIS, so we obviously are NOT ALL of the same mind set are we?

I must give credit where it is due though, so I'll give you one thing you have taught me that irony isn't only lost on Americans, it seems it has spread to Canada as well.
