Is it just me or are the commentary team being a bit biased? There was about three instances in the last half of that round were McDonnell landed good punches or combos and they ignored them and praised Kameda when it was McDonnell who got the better of it. lol

Kameda struggles when going backwards it looks like, much easier when mcdonnell pressures him. Round 3 to McD.

    Round 4

McDonnell is reaching with the jab and slicing low with the long right. Kameda is circling wide and then moving in with double jab dagger-thrusts. Kameda is making McDonnell miss with quick footwork and landing stiff jabs. Kameda is nearly walked into the ropes and jumps in to clinch. McDonnell stands there and lets him, arms down for Kameda to pin instead of attempting to counter him on the way in. Sharp 1-2 by Kameda. McDonnell rolls in the pocket and jabs, then slides back.

    10-9 Kameda

    39-37 Kameda

Get the feeling Kameda could tire if he keeps having to backup like currently, definitely he is much better on the front foot.

I can't understand giving McDonnell the 4th, he looked foolish.

2-1-1 McDonnell. Tomoki is terrible on the back foot when he can't establish range and McDonnell is stopping him with that jab and intelligent pressure.

PBC unofficial scorer Corey Erdman has it 40-36 Kameda.
