Depends really. If it's a great shot then probably not, if less so then there's certainly cause for a debate. Think what people are complaining about here is that the term glass jaw is applied a bit loosely quite often. If he's put out by a bit of a nothing shot then you may have a point though

 

George Groves has a bit of a glass jaw, deal with it.

 

There are very little fighters out there who are on world level that have glass jaws. Too me a glass jaw should only apply to guys who go down to jabs. People forget that fighters are goin in with guys that have trained pretty much all their life and shaped their body into perfecting something - delivering a punch.

So many factors come into whether a fighter hits the canvas, who hit em, where it hit em, the fatigue of the fighter,anticipation, balance loads of things. before we even talk about the actual punch thrown. Glass jaw is just a lazy generic term usually used by casuals who instantly just think cos someone goes down they cant take a punch.... from a guy who has spent most of their life training to perfect punching someone. glass jaws 9/10 get exposed waaaay before any sorta world level fight.

 

Compared to delboy82 he has a chin made of the world's finest granite.
