Bob Bennett (who worked for the FBI before assuming his present position as executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission) has this to say: “The TUE for Mayweather’s IV - and the IV was administered at Floyd’s house, not in a medical facility, and wasn’t brought to our attention at the time - was totally unacceptable. I’ve made it clear to Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did.”

Floyd needed it because he had a hard time making weight and all the drug tests weakened him!

Mayweather fans already know their idol is a cheater, all they do is sit at home on welfare concocting new lies. About the steroid problem in boxing, it doesn't take rocket science to figure that all out, just take a look at all the shredded 40 year old fighters competing at a world level.

Wow. I'm still reading it, and ... jeez, I've always said "innocent till proven guilty" and stand by those words... but if Mayweather is ever prosecuted, this entire article needs to be read out loud to the jury. I'm in shock right now.

I'm at this part. Does this not make you feel some type of way?

"In other words, 18 days after the fight, USADA gave Mayweather a retroactive the****utic use exemption for a procedure that is on the WADA “Prohibited Substances and Methods List.” And because of a loophole in its drug-testing contract, USADA wasn’t obligated to notify the Nevada State Athletic Commission or Pacquiao camp regarding Mayweather’s IV until after the retroactive TUE was granted.

Meanwhile, on May 2 (fight night), Pacquiao’s request to be injected with Toradol (a legal substance) to ease the pain caused by a torn rotator cuff was denied by the Nevada State Athletic Commission because the request was not made in a timely manner."

Just when I thought the situation of the May/Pac fight couldn't get any more depressing.

I was confused why a chairmen of NASC stepped down in regards to "how Pacquiao was treated" and this article provides some enlightenment to why.

I know its completely insane. To think Rio Ferdinand got a 10 month ban for missing a drugs test he then took the next day and it was just a simple mix up. While mayweather can get away with this insane ****

I've made a thread regarding Mayweather's TUE because I was equally perturbed, but just decided the give benefit of the doubt since I didn't really understand it... but this is revealing that my suspicions were not outrageous by any means.

It's really, really, really making me upset right now. Because I don't want to believe all of this craziness regarding one of my favorite fighters. Especially one who I put on a pedestal in regards to his adamance towards cleaning up the sport.

It'd be like a long journalistic piece coming out with so much supportive evidence exposing Pacquiao's drug-use that it's hard to not deny. It literally kills me.

Conte who has a pretty good knowledge of PED usage, distribution, and administration doesn't even know what the IV was for. This is pure speculation at this point.

The issue with Toradol is Pacquaio has been using it for the past 5 years before every fight when he didn't have a need for it. Combine that with what NFL players were using it for and the effects and it explains a lot of things.

Really, really, really upset? you should get over yourself. You equating this situation to evidence regarding pacquiaos drug use is rediculous lol. While the IV administered would be against the rules, saying that it's connected to mask drug use is pure SPECULATION. Possible, but %100 speculation.

If that is the only thing you got out of this article regarding Mayweather then you obviously didn't even read it.
