Pulev vs Spinks

pulev is a joke. why is he being mentioned alongside spinks again (either spinks).

 

Pulev has one top class victory against Thompson, it was a quality victory that and I'd say it made him worthy of a title shot.

However beating Thompson isn't quite beating Holmes, twice.

One punch can change it but Spinks has the speed and footwork to keep out of reach of Pulev and is by far the most skilled. So unless Pulev lands a hail Mary I pick Spinks on points.

 

how is a victory over a 40something, who never won anything of note, worthy of a title shot?
add to this, pulev was unable to keep up/box with tony until tony gassed out.

Put these two together - how is this a quality victory? its not remotely one!

this is the sign of a joke - a prime fighter being beaten by a 40something such that they have to wait for them to gass in order to win.

Tony is obviously a competent boxer though, hes not crud - its simply this is his worst ever form.

He should have used his boxing skills , moving like he did against Ustinov, using his great left jab.
it would have been a much better fight

 

Because Pulev and Thompson were both bonafide top 10 boxers.

Pulev outboxed Thompson for a very clear victory further underlining his position as a top contender.

Wlad had beaten most everyone else and Pulev found himself very highly ranked.

Few questioned his lofty ranking at the time.

 

- Holmes was much more younger than Thompson.
- Thompson wasn't top class victory especially Thompson is a neverbeen and he never beat only one good fighter.
- One punch can change(Tyson-Botha,Foreman-Moorer) when a fighter isn't featherfisted but Pulev.
never was a hard-puncher.Pinaeta-similar sized and fat like Pulev- (Chagaev's first round ko victim) is better than Pulev.

 

Very bad answer.Ustinov is a fat slow unskilled cherry-picker he never beat only one decent fighter.

 

Is this a joke? Michael spinks would beat him as easy as he would beat my little sister.different league he would do to pulev what he did to ****ey ram home shots from all angles all night til he stops pulev late. No one can take the amount of shots spinks would land on pulev.

 

If expect Spinks to win and possibly wreck Pulev
