    Mayweather has been caught, even after all these years he still couldn't do it cleanly.

    Pacquiao was cheated on multiple levels, not least by his opponent, the fight result should changed to NC.

    Cheating is cheating, you can be sure if the shoe was on the other foot and Pacquiao was caught that they'd change the result in a heartbeat.

    Mayweather used illicit means to garner an advantage.

    For Mayweather in Nevada? and all the crying he does, the victim role he loves to assume (despite being a convicted criminal).

    It would be changed, guaranteed.

    Huh? hated Floyd? Nah, I've been disappointed big time in him right now for a lot of things like Berto, USADA manipulation, etc, but I'll still be here as his fan when it's all said and done.

    But, yeah. This shouldn't be changed to NC. The article definitely raises strong suspicion for drug use but it still doesn't prove it 100%.

    I don't like Pac at all and can find no reason to disagree with this. Mayweather did not comply with the rules by getting a TUE beforehand, and I don't see how anyone figures a post exemption from USADA can have any merit to it.

    It doesn't have to prove actual drug use I wouldn't think, only that the validity of the entire testing was compromised, which it does.

    There is zero chance it would be changed to NC. Money would change hands first. Greed almost always takes precedent.
